2. The petitioner / appellant's name which was originally as the 'Branch Manager, Liberty General Insurance Company Limited, Coimbatore', which has now been converted into 'Liberty General Insurance Limited', therefore, this petition has become necessitated.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. R.SURESH KUMAR, J.
