This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2016, on the file of the 1st respondent, quash the same as against the petitioner by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that pending this Criminal Original Petition, the parties compromised the dispute in Crl.O.P.No.2874 of 2018 filed before this Court and this Court by an order dated 13.03.2018, quashed the FIR on the ground of compromise.

3. In view of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
