ORDER

Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that, on 02.03.2023, the District Collector, Coimbatore, passed an order for shifting the TASMAC Shop and the same has been filed before this Court. Hence, he submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission and upon perusal of the order dated 02.03.2023 passed by the District Collector, Coimbatore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
