O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 09.02.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 09.02.2016, however, the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petitioner was called upon for enquiry, but, he did not co-operate with the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the rival submission made on both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 05.04.2016 along with all other documents and co-operate with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent is also directed to expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
