Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned Circular issued by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.4053/E3/1/2019-TC dated 06.09.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to recommence the counseling exercised for the Department of Cardiology and in compliance with the recommendations of the Committee as directed to be implemented in the orders passed in W.P.No.15216 of 2019 etc., cases dated 14.08.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition which reads as follows: "During counseling on 12.09.2019, the 3rd respondent Dr.Ramachandran opted to Stanley Medical College. Hence, the post of Senior Resident (SR) in Government Coimbatore Medical College is vacant. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to submit representation to the 2nd respondent for posting as SR in Government Coimbatore Medical College in the existing vacancy, to be considered by the 2nd respondent within a time frame.
