This application is filed to condone the delay of 743 days in filing the claim in Form - 66.

2.Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application, the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay.

Consequently, Comp.A.No.352 of 2021 is allowed subject to the condition that the applicant shall file the claim in Form - 66 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
