O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021 and direct the third respondent to restore the correct position in Revenue Records and cancel the fraudulent patta issued by the third respondent in favour of the fifth respondent in a property at Door No.30, Old No.13, New No.33, Sarojini Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017.

2. The petitioner is challenging the patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent before the third respondent and it is pending.

3. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
