The present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of bail which was granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15153 of 2021 vide order dated 06.09.2021.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/De-facto complainant that, earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the 2nd respondent herein vide order dated 06.09.2022, by imposing condition of appearance as imposed in para 7 clause (d) of the said order is not being complied with and therefore seeking cancellation of bail granted, the present petition has been filed.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submits that all the conditions imposed in the passed order this Court are being regularly complied with 2nd respondent including his appearance. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that all the conditions imposed in the order passed by this Court have been complied with, the question of cancellation of bail does not arise. Hence, the present petition stands dismissed.
