This application has been filed to relax the conditions in para no.4 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13235 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9335 of 2021 on 13.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
