Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering with the petitioner carrying on his business activities.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Madanagopal Rao, Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.Digvijaypandian, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would state that they are carrying on the business under the name and style of VMI Videomal Infotech (P) Limited and the same has been registered under the Companies Act, 1956. According to the petitioner they are running the company right from the year 2011 and they are doing business with a valid licence. While so, the respondents are threatening the petitioner that they would close their business activities. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that already they have received a complaint from the authorities concerned that the petitioner is cheating people under the guise of providing employment and the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.255 of 2015 and the same is pending investigation.

4. Considering the rival submissions, as the prayer as it is cannot be granted because, it is the authorities who has to take a decision regarding the business activities conducted by the petitioner, the third and fourth respondents are directed to conduct investigation in C.S.R.No.255 of 2015 in accordance with law and the petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry proceedings.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
