Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984 to set aside the fair and final order dated 01.02.2020 in G.W.O.P.No.3139 of 2019 passed by the learned IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai and allow the Civil Revision Petition. (Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This very un-reasonable appeal has been filed by the mother of the child.

2.The father of the child sought for appointment as a guardian of the child, the Family Court upon consideration of the evidence on record, while negativing the claim for guardianship has granted visitation rights, that too, for once a month on third Saturday for one hour.
3. We do not see any merit in the challenge except inflated ego of the mother of the child. After all, the father of the child has been permitted to be with his child once in a month for one hour. We cannot fault the Family Court and we should also point out that the father of the child has not chosen to challenge the order.
3. Hence, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed. No costs. (R.S.M.,J.) (S.S.K.,J.) 27.01.2023 dsa Index :No Internet :Yes Speaking order 2/4
