W.M.P.No.27078 of 2022 in W.P.No.8898 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.

This petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of six months to comply with the order dated 22.06.2022, in W.P.No.8898 of 2022 and W.M.P.No.8733 of 2022.

2. This Court by an order dated 22.06.2022, in W.P.No.8898 of 2022 directed the second petitioner herein to disburse the amount to the remaining 72 depositors and file a necessary application before the Trial Court for compounding the offence under Section 5A of TNPID Act.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of three months to the second petitioner herein, to comply with the order in W.P.No.8898 of 2022 dated 22.06.2022, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
