2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 13.10.2019. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a liberty challenge the closure report, if the petitioner chosen to do so.
