Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2016 and to provide the petitioner, his family members and the petitioner's property namely the agricultural Land to an extent of 4.12 acres in Arayapakkam Village with adequate Police Protection.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2016 and to provide the petitioner, his family members and the petitioner's property viz., the agricultural land to an extent of 4.12 acres in Arayapakkam Village with adequate police protection.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 27.09.2016 by "Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due" to the respondent police and filed the present petition seeking police protection without impleading the private parties.
4. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person to the second respondent police, lodge a fresh complaint and on such complaint being lodged, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry by calling all the parties and if it is found that the claim of the petitioner is true, it is needless to state that he should be given police protection.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
