Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.01.2021 sent by the petitioner for rectifying the mistake occurred during UDR Re-survey Scheme in respect of the breadth of the cart-track in S.F.No.60/1 situated at Valayapalayam Village, Oothukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, in accordance with law and within a stipulated period. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 19.01.2021 sent by the petitioner for rectifying the mistake occurred during UDR Resurvey Scheme in respect of the breadth of the cart-track in S.F.No.60/1 situated at Valayapalaym Village, Oothukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
