This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21708 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
