This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to order substituted service to the 2nd defendant (1) by affixure on C.N.B and L.K.R (2) by paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural".

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants have no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicants /plaintiffs is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 20.10.2023. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. List the matter on 20.10.2023.
