This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title of the present writ petition and strike off the name of the 2nd respondent herein namely Sriperumbudur Town Panchayat in the main writ petition and consequently, permit the petitioner to substitute the fourth respondent herein namely Pennalur Panchayat as the 2nd respondent in the above writ petition in W.P.No.8409 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
