The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Lr.No.02/AFFLN/CAI/AU/2019- 20/5128 dated 15.05.2019 (served on the petitioner College on 28.06.2019) and to quash the same in so far as reduction of students strength in two Under Graduate Courses and no admission for three Post Graduate Course and consequently directing the respondents to grant continuation of Provisional Affiliation for the applied and sanctioned intake of students approved by All India Council for Technical Education for the academic year 2019-2020 forthwith.
