The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Ariyalur in D.No.1030/2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.1425 of 2017, this Court by an order dated 20.07.2021, directed to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months. However, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Ariyalur has sent communication dated 30.11.2022 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to dispose of the suit.
