The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw OP.No.154 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Vaniyambadi.
2. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.
3. The respondent / husband filed an HMOP seeking divorce on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani. The petitioner would submit that she is living with her parents along with her 3 year old son at Vaniyambadi, Vellore. The petitioner would state that she has to travel 450 Kms to attend the hearings. The petitioner would submit that it is difficult for her both physically and financially to travel to Bhavani to attend the hearings. The learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that an application for interim maintenance has been filed by the wife, which is yet to be ordered.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Considering the above facts the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. The transferee Court, namely, the Sub Court, Vaniyambadi, shall first take up the application for interim maintenance filed by the wife and thereafter proceed with the HMOP.
