This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 126 days in representing the appeal as against the order dated 01.07.2024 passed in C.C.No.8312 of 2018 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Tract Court -II, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 126 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
