The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain critical facts were omitted to be stated, and that it has come to his knowledge only this morning, and hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

2. The said statement of the learned counsel is recorded. The petitioner is now permitted to withdraw the writ petition, and he is granted leave to file a fresh petition for the same purpose. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
