The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.5847 of 2014 dated 26.02.2014, wherein this Court directed as follows: "6. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the third respondent is set aside and the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to sanction and pay incentive increments to the petitioner or possessing M.Phil., qualification and confer all consequential benefits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed".
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, it is reported that now the issue regarding sanction of incentive for M.Phil., degree for third time, is pending before the Full Bench. Hence, the contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt
