ORDER

The petitioner is the defendant in OS.No.1767/2023. Along with the suit, the respondent has taken out an application in I.A.NO.2/2024 for an interim injunction, and the trial court has also granted an ex parte order of interim injunction. Aggrieved by the said ex parte interim order granted, the petitioner has moved an application in I.A. No. 4/2024 for vacating the said interim order. The petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of the said I.A.No.4/2024, which is causing serious prejudice to the revision petitioner. 2.In the light of the fact that the respondent has been enjoying the interim order in I.A.NO.2/2023 and the petitioner having moved an application for vacating the said interim order in I.A.No.4/2024, I am inclined to allow the revision and direct the Principal District Munsif, Puducherry, to dispose of I.A.No.4/2024 and I.A.No.2/2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Considering the limited relief sought for in the
