This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16652 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 directing the petitioner to stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and further to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen and during incarceration, the petitioner was affected with Jaundice and due to her health condition, the petitioner is unable to stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police Station as directed by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to report before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition to stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police Station alone is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12.09.2024 ksa-2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2
