ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition in CVD No.C.29492 of 2016 before the Kerala High Court, against the very same impugned order and no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interim order in the said Writ Petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner has suppressed the fact of filing of above Writ Petition before Kerala High Court in this Court and also suppressed the fact of filing of this Writ Petition before this Court in Kerala High Court.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents and in view of the fact that the petitioner has filed two writ petitions before the High Court, Kerala and before this Court against the very same impugned order, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
