(CRIME NO.63 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.OP.No.21329/2021 and the same has been ordered on 12/11/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.21329 of 2021 on 12/11/2021.

3 considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Poonamallee Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
