ORDER

After elaborate arguments, both sides' counsel agreed for grant of interim visitation rights to the applicant. The learned counsel suggested that both sides' counsel have no objection for producing the minor child before the Child Care Centre in the Family Court, Chennai. Accordingly, the minor child be produced before the Child Care Centre attached to the Family Court, Chennai, every alternative Mondays at 10.30a.m. The applicant is permitted to have the custody of the child till 12.30 p.m. Thereafter, the child has to be handed over to the respondent. The petitioner is directed to provide travel expenses for the respondent to produce the child. The petitioner is permitted to pay Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards travel expenses for each hearing to the respondent till the disposal of the main Original Petition.

2. With the above direction, this application is closed.

3. The main O.P. is referred to the Master for recording evidence on 11.02.2026.
