Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides are present.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.25 of 2023, dated 23.02.2023, by which, a sum of Rs.15,789/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand seven hundred and eighty nine only) being the balance amount of gratuity has been paid to the petitioner.
