Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambiduai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government submitted that deletion certificate has been produced from the ration shop and the process of issuing fresh family card is in progress and the same will be issued to the petitioner.
