[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] Seeking ordinary leave for 40 days for the convict prisoner Arun Roy S/o.Rajabalan, aged about 34 years [ENR CT 937], an application dated 01.10.2022 was given and this writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the application for ordinary leave was rejected by the prison authorities on 31.10.2022 and submitted a copy of the order. We find that a copy of the order has been dispatched to the petitioner herein. However, a copy of the order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the 2/4
