2. This Court, by order dated 08.11.2023, had disposed of the Tr.CMP Nos.884 & 885/2023, by directing the Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhurantagam to dispose of the M.C.No.1/2022 and DVC No.14/2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhurantagam, has addressed a letter dated 05.02.2024 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.
4. This Court perused the letter dated 05.02.2024 sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhurantagam, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said MC No.1/2022 and DVC No.14/2022 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in Tr.CMP Nos.884 and 885/2023 dated 08.11.2023.
