This revision is filed aggrieved by the order of the Family Court, Salem, in C.M.P.No.56/2013 in M.C.No.29/2005, dated 07/03/2019. 1/3
2.Maintenance paid to the first respondent wife was enhanced from Rs.2,000/- to Rs.4,000/- per month and the maintenance payable for the second petitioner minor son was enhanced from Rs.1,000/- to Rs.5,000/- per month, in total, enhanced to Rs.9,000/- per month. 3.It is seen that the petitioner is a civil contractor carrying out the contract works. In that view of the matter, no exception whatsoever can be taken for the amount of Rs.9,000/- now being awarded by the trial Court. It is a very reasonable amount. Once the relationship is admitted, the quantum cannot be faulted with.
4.There is no merits in the revision and accordingly, the present revision is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
