CMP.No.21166 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 402 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner, V.Selvi who died on 18.7.2021.

2.CMP.No.21167 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record, the following Legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, V.Selvi who died on 18.07.2021 a)G.Venkatesan, b)V.Boopathy, c)V.Srinivasan residing at No.5/143, Ramapuram Road Street, Melapulam Villagem, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet Dist, as petitioners 2 to 4.

3.CMP.No.21168 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner, V.Selvi who died on 18.7.2021.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

6.Post the CRP.No.3080 of 2019 on 14.09.2023.
