Comp.A.No.396 of 2019 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., The present application has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1533 days in submitting the claim form No.66 with the Official Liquidator, High Court of Madras.

2. The learned Official Liquidator has not raised any objection in allowing the present application.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations in the affidavit and also the right of the petitioner to claim his money, I am of the view that, in order to give fair chance to the petitioner the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the application is ordered.

4. The petitioner is directed to submit his claim within three weeks from today to the Official Liquidator. On such claim is filed, the Official Liquidator shall decide the same as per law.
