ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the land and fixing the boundaries as per petitioner's sale deed Document No.2611/2008 dated 30.09.2008 in respect of the land to an extent 33 cents comprised in S.F.Nos.37/13B, 37/15A, 37/15C, situated at Nachipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's application and representation dated 16.09.2021 and 30.11.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application and representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2021 and 30.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
