ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land and fixing the boundaries as per the petitioner's sale deed dated 22.04.2009 vide document No.1039/2009 in respect of the land to an extent of 67.5 cents comprised in S.F.Nos.37/4, 37/9 and 37/10 situated at Nachipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2021 and 30.11.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Ananth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner filed an application on 16.09.2021 and 30.11.2021 to measure the boundary line in respect of the land comprised in S.F.Nos.37/4, 37/9 and 37/10 to an extent of 67.5 cents situated at Nachipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District before the respondents. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property.

4. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to survey and measure the property, after issuance of notice to the counter parties and adjacent land owners, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
