(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the representations of the petitioner starting from 24.12.2014, 28.8.2015, 29.6.2016 and 25.7.2016 would be considered by the fourth respondent, as he is stated to be the authority concerned, the encroachment being alleged on a public street. The second respondent will also cooperate and after notice to all concerned, the fourth respondent will pass an order in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
