S.A.No.339 of 2017 & C.M.P.No.5014 of 2019 P.B.BALAJI, J.

Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, the Sub Assistant Registrar (Records), High Court, Madras has sent a communication to the District Judges as well as the Subordinate Court and Munsif Courts. The District Munsif, Kangayam, in any by letter dated 03.02.2024 has replied to the Registrar General of this Court stating that the trial Court records appears to have been mingled with other case papers and further, four weeks time has been sought for.

2. Considering the same, the District Munsif, Kangayam (Full Additional Charge of District Munsif, Palladam) shall take expeditious steps, by employing adequate staff to segregate all the case papers and trace the missing bundle and forward the trial Court records to this Court, within a period of four weeks.

3. Call the matter on 25.03.2024.
