The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her properties based on the petitioner's representations dated 17.09.2022 and 19.09.2022. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 is available with the second respondent police and the second respondent police is ready to consider the same.

Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
