ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Magistrate level, Egmore, Chennai to dispose off C.C.No.104 of 2017 within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions of learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Magistrate level, Egmore, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.104 of 2017 and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
