This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed for relaxation of the bail condition in Crl.O.P.No.19929 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024 on the premise that the condition imposed by the Court is scrupulously followed for the past 23 days, whereas the condition to report before the respondent police at 9.00 a.m., for a period of 30 days. Stating that the investigation is almost completed and there is no necessity for the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily and in view of bariatric surgery conducted by the first petitioner and the rest of the petitioners, who are daily wagers, the said condition sought to be relaxed.

Recording the same, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 09.00 a.m for a period of 30 days is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summon.
