Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the effect that the Petitioners is directed to appear before respondent daily at 10.30 A.M. Until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21020 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021 in Crl.No.328 of 2021 Pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Bramadesam Police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21020 of 2021 on 09.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission and the investigation has completed and the charge sheet has also been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
