This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7709 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7865 of 2023 on 13.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the except the 4th petitioner, all the other petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the 1st 2nd, 3rd and 5th petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th petitioner are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. As far as the 4th petitioner is concerned, this petition is dismissed.
