ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 03.01.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 5096 of 2009 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.5096 of 2009 has been complied with vide Office Order No.03/2019/ES-I issued on 22.01.2019 by the Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce (Supply Division), New Delhi.

3. In such view of the matter, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the respondents are directed to release the benefits arising out of the aforesaid order to

the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
