Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to make a reference under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act of the Award 2/86 dated 19.12.1986 passed by the 2nd respondent Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, Tamil Nadu Explosive Limited in respect of Varanthangal S.No.20/7 0.64 cents, now having office at Tamil Nadu Explosive Limited Vellore, to Sub-Court, Vellore.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed seeking Reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act of the Award 2/86 dated 19.12.1986, passed by the 2nd respondent Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, Tamil Nadu Explosive Limited in respect of Varanthangal S.No.20/7 0.64 cents, now having office at Tamil Nadu Explosive Limited Vellore, to Sub-Court, Vellore.

2.The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that already reference was made under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act in the Award 2/86, and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
