This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7673 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7810 of 2023 on 12.06.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
