This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7844 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5435 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
