This Petition has been filed to relax the conditional order in Crl.MP.No.8232 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.6279 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 that the Petitioners shall report the Respondent on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
